National News Bureau Of Thailand | Pang Sida National Park to hold annual butterfly festival
Pang Sida National Park in Sa Kaeo province will organize the 12th annual butterfly festival in a couple of weeks.
According to the park, the fair will host a butterfly parade, a walk/run mini marathon, and bike trips promoting the national park’s viewing spots.
Those interested are invited to join the event from July 8 – 10, with an official opening ceremony being organized on July 9.
The 844-square-meter national park spans lush jungle mountains with valleys, cliffs, grasslands, and waterfalls. The area is a home to more than 450 species of butterflies and known as “the butterfly city of the East” among tourists.
